The Day FrankenVitus Died

For months I’ve been building this FrankenVitus, my beloved fixie. The last part I need on this bike is a 46T crankset, which is on its way. I was hoping, then it will reach the perfect form.

I’ve been telling myself, that I won’t change this bike a bit, until May 2010. The month when I will buy my track frame.

Today. Frankenvitus died. You can see clearly why.

Thank you my beloved Vitus. Thank you for taking me into the fixie world. You are my first after all.

    I feel like a father watching his son died in a battle. its the second fixed gear ever born in my house. feel the pain, too.
    di rumahku ada frame nganggur, nih. semi-horizontal DO, 1″ headtube, 130mm OLD. pake dulu aja, nunggu Maret…
